Where wind farms are
paid not to generate

Only 19 constituencies have wind farms big enough to appear in the national balancing record. Offshore wind (£210m) is counted nationally, never per seat. Every other seat is 'not visible', not zero — 8.6 GW of wind runs on local networks whose switch-offs are never published.
